This is a short story I read years ago. There was a girl with long beautiful hair and she was gonna get married. But she loved her hair so much she didn’t want to cut it. Her family insisted that every Jewish girl would do that before marriage. Her fiance consoled her the best he could she cried herself to sleep when she woke up all of her hair’s s been cut.
