I recently read ‘Atomic Habits’ by James Clear and found it incredibly insightful for understanding how habits work and how to make positive changes in my life. I’m now looking for more books on this topic, and I’ve heard ‘The Power of Habit’ by Charles Duhigg and ‘Tiny Habits’ by BJ Fogg are great reads. Has anyone here read these or have other recommendations for books on habit formation and improvement?
