Are there any other novels basing their magic system on perfume?(That one can’t be the only one, right?)
I prefer magical realism or urban fantasy. But I’m willing to check out high fantasy too for this.

Not based on scent, but in the Mercy Thompson series, the titular character often gets out of scrapes by using her nose.
