I’ve been so zoned out depressed irritated agitated appalled and offensive even sometimes for no reason at all
So I’m thinking of reading a book that’ll induce some positive thinking in me like make me fit for society or as my mom says “well behaved”

I know both books are great but which one is more suitable for me ?

Personally, I’d say to piss on all the “self-help” bullshit books and go read yourself a nice human fiction story; one that will show you what kindness, compassion, and caring between humans should be like. There are MANY such books at your local library, I’m sure.
