As the title states,
Is it being sensitive to be irritated by booktuber(s) giving low tier ratings to book/series you like in their tier list?
Like, a lot of booktubers would do these tier lists and these videos will be recommended by youtube (or you enjoy the booktubers channel), and while trying to check out for new to be read books, you find out the booktuber gives lower than a C or D tier to a series you like and explains why it sucks, why they dislke, can’t stand or hate it,
would you be annoyed or irritated? Or, such response seems sensitive since they are allowed to have their own opinion and state it in their tier list video (which you strongly disagree, and the book, which personally is your one of your favorite , is a masterpiece/well written in your opinion). Would you not mind if the video influencs the viewers, who never read it, to be discouraged not to read it due to negative biases?
