I LOVE books like The Martian and Robinson Crusoe. Books about people getting stranded somewhere and just trying to build a life there. Growing food, engineering stuff. Not surviving against wild animals or other action things, but just trying to build a stable life and dealing with all the problems that come with that.
However, The Martian and Robinson Crusoe are the only books in this genre that i know :’) so i would be very glad if anyone would recommend me more!
Ps: i have nothing against action in those books, i just don’t really want it to be the main focus. Not “me fighting bears in the forest”, more like “me making a hut and domesticating wild plants in the forest. I also fought some bears”
