Looking for a found family trope that focused on a father figure and a son, something like Jude and Harold from A little life, or Joel and Ellie from The last of us. I am a sucker for two broken people who come together and became close to each other.
Prefer for it to be in modern setting with crime/thriller genre
but if not— anything will do!
