Sci-fi book title

I read a book some time ago about a rich guy uploading and storing his consciousness and installin it into a robot for the future when he dies. And when he wakes up he understands that he’s a robot now and he explores space, and he found a planet where there is humanoid existence in which he assisted them by his knowledge and those humanoids deemed him as a “god” accidentally creating his own civilization. I forgot the title for it and I know there’s more volumes.
