Hey guys. I just completed the first three books and the novella of the ACOTAR series, and i probably need a palate cleanser. Can you please suggest a thriller that is like A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder, One of Us is Lying and so on. Also, I’m really interested in romcoms, too, like Red, White and Royal Blue, and books that can make me laugh out loud, so if there are some fun books like it, those too! Thanks!

Alexis Hall’s material world/London Calling books are good romcoms palate cleansers imo.

The Truly Devious series are fun mystery/thrillers and pretty quick reads, but the first three books tell one story so if you don’t want to delve into a series they might not be for you

for feel good romance: book lovers by emily henry (or just any emily henry book), seven days in june by tia williams & a lot of YA romance such as how to win a breakup by farah heron

thriller/mystery: the good lie by A.R Torre, every last secret by A.R Torre, any poirot/marple book (would specifically recommend The ABC Murders, Three Act Tragedy, Evil Under the Sun, The Thirteen Problems, Murder on the Orient Express as these are all fairly easy to follow)

Thriller: The Cousins by Karen M McManus, The Girl on the Train by Paula Hawkins

Romance/chick lit: The Soulmate Equation by Christina Lauren
