Suggest me books about British colonialism in China. I prefer fiction, for example novels, short-stories, or non-fiction. I’m interested in British and Chinese cultures and histories so every book about Chinese and western cultural connection is a must. I love reading about the contacts between foreigners and the Chinese people in a historical setting. It’s really fascinating to observe different cultural perspectives.
