Suppose you are diagnosed with an illness where you will die within one year. Or you could die any day as well. In such a case, you want to create a life during this one year, such that when its time for your death you can look back at your life and think that it was a good, worthwhile and awesome life. That if you could do it again, you live like this. That your life was a success. Another way to think about this is to create a bucket list.
Can anyone suggest such a self-help book? It should be based on science such as Positive Psychology.
PS: This is just a curiosity and no one has been diagnosed with terminal illness.
