Horror/thriller recs?

Looking for a good horror/suspensful thriller.
I’m not easily disturbed by graphic descriptions of like corpses, injury, blabla, so gore is all fine for me. As long as it’s not animal cruelty/animal abuse.
I’m literally open for anything, paranormal, ‘real’, apocalyptic, you name it.
Just something that’ll make me want to finish the book the same day I started it and make me rethink my whole life afterwards.
Bonus points for crazy plot twists!

Edit: it doesn’t have to be gorey lol, i’m a sucker for anything psychological as well 😀 gore is not my main point of attraction towards a book XD
