As the title suggests, I’m looking for a similar setup to ASOIF but without magic. I like the idea of medieval military fiction with the world building, politics, character arch’s of ASOIF but without any dragons and night kings (don’t get me wrong, I loved ASOIF). I also prefer dark fiction than happy-clappy stuff. For example, I enjoyed Prince of Thorns and The Poppy War.
Very open to single books or entire series, let me know what you think! Thanks for any suggestions 🙂
