I am terribly uncoordinated, have been since childhood (condition in infancy reinforced by introversion and general inclination). I’m now in my \*mumble\* thirties and I participate in outdoor hobbies (like hiking!) and am beginning to participate in a martial art as well. I know I won’t ever be an Olympic athlete, or probably even very good at physical skills, but I will live a longer and happier life if I have at least some coordination and balance. One thing I am very good at is reading. Are there books to help someone like me learn better coordination?
Yes I’m aware, the book alone will not help, all skills require practice, so bonus points if the book comes with practical exercises.
