My boyfriend is not a reader but I really think he could be. We are going on vacation and he needs a beach read. I really do not want his first book to be bad, so I am hoping for a suggestion that will make him excited about the magic of reading (sorry corny, but I just want him to experience what I do).
I’m hoping for a page turner. My boyfriend is a gay male, in his 30s, lives in NYC, works in finance. Interests include maps, architecture, cars, travel. The only books he remembers enjoying are A Wrinkle in Time, Enders Game (when he was in middle school), and The Firm by John Grisham.
If anyone has anything that is sparked by this, or anything tried and true about getting people back into reading, I’d really appreciate it. Thank you!
