Just finished reading Meditations and Crime and Punishment. Needless to say, top tier books. I’m thinking of reading Jane Eyre or The brothers Karamazov next. I did love Dostoyevsky, However, I don’t want to stick with a specific genre as it’s the start of my reading journey. Which either of these 2 or any other must reads would you guys suggest?

Jane Eyre is worth reading, but I’m definitely biased. 😂
Looks like you’re into philosophy, try Siddhartha from Herman Hesse to introduce an Eastern perspective on life from a Western author.
Also TBK is great but it’s got a huge cast of intricate characters and so many conversations and interactions, compressed into a couple of days. It’s dense and detailed, great for if you’ve got a lot of time!
