Hey! Can anyone recommend good Medusa retellings or reimaginings? I recently read Stone Blind by Natalie Haynes, and while it was beautifully written, Medusa wasn’t the strong character that I’d hoped for. So now I’m looking for a retelling or reimagining (is there a difference? I’ve heard both terms) of the Medusa story where Medusa either doesn’t die, or does die but then is powerful in death somehow.
I don’t know if there is a book like this out there, but I thought maybe someone here would have a suggestion!
