So I have a few free book tokens on Thriftbooks.com that unfortunately expire in a week.
I live in Canada, and since Thriftbooks international shipping is extortionate – I think I’ll just donate the books if I can. (Shipping to the US is free)
I am wondering if anyone knows of anywhere I can donate a couple books to. The token works for anything under $6, which books often are on Thriftbooks.
I don’t really know if this is possible, but I also don’t want to let my tokens go to waste.

You might look up some books-to-prisoners programs. These are groups that mail free books to people in prison. There are usually guidelines on what kind of books you can donate, so be sure to check websites to be sure of those if you go this route. Some programs may not accept books donated to the program by mail (they’re usually very small, volunteer-run outfits), but some might.
