Delinquent books

When I was younger I loved Holes by Louis Sachar , the kids always reminded me of my friends and I. Nowadays I also read alot of underground manga involving Delinquent street teens or young adults that get in trouble a lot.

Can someone recommended books about that, and not ones with shallow storylines. I want ones that have good character depth and themes. Don’t care if their silly or serious tone.
