Specifically when it comes to the way society slowly regressed, and how the protagonist felt powerless to stop it. I guess I’m looking for a story about technological and cultural regression. Though I would appreciate it if the story was told from the first person. Maybe I should just read Earth Abides again…. Sorry if that’s too specific, hope you can help! 🙂
