Hi everyone. I am on a sci-fi binge at the moment and catching up on some of the older works. I’m open for anything that is special or genre-defining/expanding so long as it’s not super racist. Here are things I have already read:
Most things by Ray Bradbury
Dune (only the first novel)
Dying Inside
Flowers for Algernon
Island of Dr Moreau
Lots of Philip K Dick
The Invisible Man
Oryx and Crake
The Futurological Congress
I would love some of your best suggestions within the category of classic or older science fiction. Bonus for more female-centric recommendations, since I’ve mostly come across man-heavy stuff so far.

*The Moon Is A Harsh Mistress” by Robert A Heinlein – still my favourite of his books.
Professor Dowell’s Head by Alexander Belyaev
