I’m not really expecting anyone to know which book I’m looking for but maybe someone can identify it based on my very vague description.
It’s about a female teacher that murders at least two students. One is hung in a gym and one is pushed out of a window iirc. The teacher thinks of herself as Sharon Stone in Basic instinct.
Within the book there was also a short story of Eva Braun waking up in a retirement home and going to the train station to look for her Adolf.
I picked up this book at random and besides the things that I described, I only recall that it was Czech. For some reason it stuck with me – maybe because it was so weird, maybe because it was a bit above my level at the time (I was maybe in 10th gradel) or maybe there was something else that I forgot.

E: I imagine that it came out between 1992 and 2010; perhaps a bit later than that but unlikely. Given the multiple mentions of Basic Instinct, I imagine that it came out shortly after the movie.
