I read a couple of Karen White books (“The House on…” serieses) but the recurring weird pro Confederate things are getting to me on the Tradd Street series. Can someone suggest me some light paranormal mysteries. Often I’m listening while working so nothing I need to pay too close attention to would be nice. (I’m also willing to just skip the books with helpful Confederate ghosts in the Tradd Street series if any of them exist).
I loved CJ Arthur’s Steele and Glass series, and Theodora Goss’s Extraordinary Adventures of the Athena Club. Just listened to Be My Ghost, which was cute, predictable, and low stakes enough for me to work to. That’s what led me to Karen White actually.
