[Here is my previous post](https://www.reddit.com/r/books/s/6nPwXrwiQs)
TLDR of my previous post, basically I’ve been encountering several problems when I’m trying to read. Problems such as dizzyness, blurring, watery eyes, hard to focus, etc. Sometimes even the words just move, you know, like it became wavy or something like that.
I have gone to the a couples of doctors. Orthopedics and Neurologist, both of them told me that I suffer from bulging disc in my neck, C5-C6 to be precise. It’s a condition which refers to a problem with a rubbery disc between the spinal bones. This condition occurs when the soft centre of a spinal disc pushes through a crack in the tougher exterior casing.
Since my spinal cord is “pinched”, therefore it makes my should all the way to my left hand feels numb and sometimes pain. This also make my head hurt since there are also nerve that are connected in the neck, whichs results in headaches, dizzyness, migraine, and in bad days, my head feels like it wanted to exploded.
Since there is a problem on my neck, therefore it’s very difficult for me to read because no matter how I positioned my head, it always hurt, and when it hurts, it make my head hurt too.
I also have a problem with my eyes, the doctor told its something called “Tired Eyes”. Basically they told me rest my eyes, most people rest their eyes by sleeping.
Right now, I’m scheduling for a physical therapy for my neck. Hopefully in 2 months I could feel something different, that way I can avoid surgery, lol.
Note: From my experience, please everyone watch how they sit, or sleep, especially for their neck. Don’t forget to exercise in between reading, especially foe your neck. You don’t want to suffer from this disease, the pain is killing me.
