I’ve recently read “I’m Thinking of Ending Things” by Iain Reid, and really enjoyed the writing style with a sense of unease throughout the book. I’ve added the author’s other books to my TBR list, but it has me wanting to look for other books with a similar sense of unease. A book that feels like something is “off” and things “aren’t quite right.”

Found footage writing style and unreliable narrators welcome. Horror or horror-adjacent preferred.

    Thank you in advance! ❤️

If you haven’t already read it, House of Leaves fits the bill.

Annihilation also has that uncanny valley vibe.
