Fiction or non-fiction books where the setting is Native American Tribes in the 1900s or earlier?

Can anyone recommend a good fiction or non-fiction book where the setting follows Native American tribes in the 1900s or earlier?

I’ve tried googling and it’s been tricky to find ones that are also given decent ratings on Amazon.

Essentially I’m looking for a novel that focuses on a story line but also highlights how Native Americans lived in the 1900s or earlier with regards to coming together, respecting the land, etc.
