Just finished “I’m Tired, Not Lazy” by Emily E. Roberts, and I gotta say, it’s a gem! The author really hits the nail on the head with this one. She gets into all those everyday pressures we face and manages to make sense of it all with humour and insight. What’s even better is that she’s not pushing some complicated self-help agenda. It’s all about embracing imperfections and finding joy in the little things. Oh, and she’s got these simple, playful methods to recharge your life, it’s pretty refreshing. Plus, she talks/helps about building habits one little step at a time, which I found super helpful.
Any thoughts? Has anyone else read it?
