I am about to finish the poppy wars triology , and it is one of the first series I’ve ever read in a while because I tend to read standalone books, but I want to keep the ball rolling, and pick a new series to read.
Right now I am considering:
The Red Rising Series – read the first book was impressed and loved the world building and am hoping for more character development
The Atlas Series – Dark academia, my girlfriend read it and enjoyed it and the blurb and covers look cool
The Dune Series – Movie just came out, and I read the first book, personally was kinda slow pace wise but I want to stay ahead of the movies
The Green Bone (Jade City) Series – similar Asian fantasy setting as Poppy Wars, lots of recommendations to read afterwards
The First Law Series (The Blade itself) – epic fantasy setting, with a similar vibe to berserk one of my fave anime
Open to any new series or books as well!
