How do I stop my brain from screwing me over when reading? Due to me overthinking (thanks anxiety) that I lost the ability to read its kinda hard to read traditional books and manga. For some reason now its hard for me to read without either A. Mouthing the words while listening to white noise so I don’t hyperfixate on the sound of my tongue or B. Whispering them. Whenever I do I sometimes will stutter like an idiot. What can I do to read better?
