Hi, I just finished ugly crying from listening to a call-in from the Dr. John Delony youtube show. This guy was calling for advice on how to navigate building a relationship/ what his role was to his girlfriend’s 8 year old daughter. He mentioned how he leaves notes on her drawing table telling her she is loved, she is worthy he is happy to know her etc.. And i was wondering how or where men learn to express themselves in this way. I, myself am not so open and this idea would have never occured to me. I wondered if there were any resorces available that I could share with my partner.(maybe ex parnter idk anymore) to improve himself. If there are any for women you’d like to recommend i’m open to that as well. Thank you!
