I’m writing a story that takes place in a fantastical amusement park setting, but I’m having trouble figuring out how to frame my scenes and write about it in a way that balances setting/action. I feel like writing about characters riding roller coasters over and over again would get redundant if you don’t tell it right.
Does anyone know of any stories that take place in this setting and do it well? I’d like to read how a couple other authors write amusement park sequences so I can get an idea of how to approach it.
