Now I’m sure this is a discussion that has happened before and the answer is already yes but I’d still like to paint a picture if you’ll bear with me.

Imagine a book in the genre of dark fantasy, dressed with gothic themes, grotesque monsters, and twisted characters trying to survive in a bleak hopeless world. Normally you’d think of the protagonist of such a world (if you know the games) as another unknown knight or warrior following the same path to the same goal that all the other warriors have strived for. However, your character (the one you create and play in the games) seems to get a little further than most, and not only that but keeps coming back even after they die.

Now from the perspective of the monsters, over and over and over again the human continues to die and come back stronger and more knowledgeable of your fighting style until they know your moves so well that you can’t even touch them anymore because they dodge or block everything you throw at them. Imagine the horror of seeing what you would now believe is a HUMAN monster who never speaks, always returns, and always learns. You’d know that it’s only a matter of time before they kill you because they never stay dead. A terrifying notion.

Now that, as a book, entirely from the perspective of the monster. Please someone tell me that that already exists and is amazingly written.
