    Hey. I am a university student dealing with chronic procrastination, especially when it comes to writing (term papers). I would like to change. And I would like to learn strategies/techniques that enable me to structure my thoughts clearly. Books I have already read are Atomic Habits, Thinking Fast and Slow, David Goggins books I particularly enjoyed. I guess I am searching for a non-fiction book but if your suggestion would be one I am still open to it. I am open to any suggestion and will appreciate your answers. THANKS.

      Instead, he cuts deep into the core insecurities of why we fail to take action. Fair warning: it can feel uncomfortable and painfully true. I felt like he had been eavesdropping on my innermost thoughts lol.

      As someone who also struggled with writing term papers. Get into the habit of writing a little bit each day. Rather than trying to write the whole term paper the night before.

      First step could just be to gather books and sources for your research. Finding other people’s term papers and checking out *their* bibliographies and “works cited” sections can be give you a great list of sources to start with.

      Start reading through the sources. You’ll often see common patterns that will make it easier to find a main idea for your research paper.

      The earlier you start, the better you’ll feel. It feels much better to open a document that’s half-written than completely blank.
