This thriller is about Sarah and her husband Adam Morgan. Sarah is a top defence attorney. Her husband turned client Adam Morgan is a suspect in murder-trial of his mistress Kelly. Finished reading it in two days. This book had me guessing until the last second and I had so many theories which were somewhat proven wrong.
The reasons i would recommend this book are:
It is full of suspense and quite addictive to read. It is a simple read, fast paced, it has short chapters, the way it alternates between the two characters is good and finally, it has a good ending
But I do not agree with people saying it’s 10/10 because it was fairly predictable, it left some lingering questions and the ending was a bit rushed
So to summarise: The story line was fine, it is a good book to pass time, there are too many characters to keep track of, also the main thing, the plot gets overexplained by the killer and ruins the shock fact. Overall, when I read it, i found it not worth the hype.
