So i read this story a while back its an isekai story where a dude gets dropped to another world etc.
MC is male, starts on a floating island, he doesnt know the language immediately and had to learn it. The island inhabitants(which is who he stays with) are Draconic people(bipedal) with the wings and tail and draconic head package. He proceed to start inventing stuff for them as he adjusts to living there(parachute, tents, lathe, guns, etc). Also there are dragons that can talk and people ride on them. Some dragons are merchant groups some are battle oriented etc. The MC also gets together with this girl(dragonic person) which is one of the first people he met(she’s a hunter if i remember correctly).
Dont remember which website i read it on. It’s not a published work and i was reading it weekly if i remember a few years back.
