Hi y’all! I have bookclub in a few hours and I’m wanting to recommend a Greek Mythology or Fantasy book this month.
I read Song of Achilles a while ago and really enjoyed it, really for the love story & the how heartbreaking it turned around the end. Ik a lot of people have mixed feeling but it was a nice starter.
I’m looking for love, loss, violence I want to feel hopeful one moment then shattered the next. I want to a cry & cheer! We are all adults so it can be pretty heavy. I just want a story that will stick with me.
No happy ending required.
If all else fails I’ll recommend Jade City, I’ve heard good things.
