Recommend me a book please

I am looking for a book where the MC goes from nothing to either a powerful mage / warrior / king or merchant. That’s it.

Bonus optionals:
\- Has Base / City / Kingdom building (managing) mechanics.
\- Has multiple books/series out
\- Romance

I have read the Riftwar Cycle, the Belgariad as well as the Cosmere books, so no need to mention those.
