**I just finished reading this book, and I have a few things to say.**
First, It was a suspenseful, fast-paced, mysterious book. But in the middle, I did get bored because things were repeating. She would go to sleep, forget everything, read the journal, remember something and repeat the same thing, but when we went past that phase again, the story turned out to be fast-paced.
**READ AT YOUR OWN RISK NOW**
The way the journal entries were written, It felt like I was the one reading the journal and trying to decode what was happening to her, so I found this book really engaging. In the starting, I also thought, “Wow, this man must have loved her a lot” how much of a burden was she to him?
But as the story unfolded, I could guess that this man might not be her actual husband also when I found out that she cheated on her husband, I felt disappointed with her, why you are so lucky that you got to marry someone you love so much so how can your love changed so suddenly, You deserve this then it is your karma, but we all make mistakes so I forgave her in the end because she suffered a lot.
Also, if Ben didn’t give up on her, then Mike wouldn’t be able to take her, so It was Ben’s fault as well. How could he leave his sick wife, cheat on her, and then claim to be a saint in the letter? Yes, she was at fault, too, but he left her when she needed him the most in her life when it was time for Ben to show how much he loved her. Couldn’t he think she will need family when she wakes up every day?
***In the end, when she goes to sleep, what do you think should have happened tomorrow? Should she wake up or just forget all of her previous life, oblivious to the fact that because of her one mistake, her whole life was ruined and how everyone gave up on her…. no, Dr Nash didn’t give up on her. Why did he do that? he was invested so much in her life, trying his best to cure her, why? Just because of a research paper? if not, then in this world, there are so many people who are suffering from so many diseases so will he help everyone?***
