I have been reading quite a bit of superhero film novelizations, such as *Spider-Man,* and *Hulk.* I started reading *Daredevil* yesterday.
*Daredevil* was written by Greg Cox while *Spider-Man* and *Hulk* was written by Peter David, and they’re both roughly contemporary.
Whose prose do you prefer out of the two? I feel Cox does a better job with description while David is better with the psychology of the characters. His *Hulk* novelization did a fantastic job of explaining Bruce Banner’s tormented psyche, although the Hulk scenes were pretty subpar (not that he had a lot to work with given the film itself focuses more on Banner than on Hulk).
No one has ever seemed to ask this before, so I’m asking it, for the people who have read works by both authors before.
