Just finished Eye of the Needle by Ken Follet which is an atypical book for me as I usually only read Fantasy and Sci-fi. I really enjoyed it, can you recommend other similar WW2 or WW1 thrillers?
It’s a crime, suspense and thriller subgenre novel, right? I’ve never read this one by Ken, I’ve only heard about it. But based on what you seem to be interested in, I’d suggest “The Enigma of Room 622” by Joël Dicker, and also the Cormoran Strike series, by Robert Galbraith (they are detective books). I confess that I was afraid to be venturing into a new subgenre, other than the ones I already knew (fantasy, drama), but Robert’s books are magnetic, impossible to put down. Ironically, the books increase the number of pages (the first has less than 400 and the last has almost 1200), but this in no way scares. I hope you enjoy the reading!
