Hi folks. I love to read. I also love watching interesting adult movies. Come on, don’t pretend, you watch them too! You’ve probably noticed, as I have, that these movies often have books read in them. I suggest you to check out my personal rating of books that have been noted as useful props on the sets of adult movies. I will not give links to the videos, but for the most curious I will give the names of the necessary movies.
5. **Poems by Edgar Allan Poy** from the video The Best Cure for Fear of the Dark. Poe’s last name is misspelled, I assume to avoid possible copyright issues.
4. The book **Dream Dictionary** appears in the movie Friend with Benefit of Mime. According to the plot of the movie, the main character is seen bathing in the nude, which, according to the book, means forbidden love and punishment. Well, what the movie is about, you’ve probably already guessed.
3. The next movie with the obscene title Guy Poured Pheromones on a Hot Spanish Dame to Pump Her Full introduces us to three books at once. More precisely, textbooks. They are called **”Cómo aprender español sin acento mexicano”, “Español para los amantes de la vida nocturna”** and **”Tres maneras de rechazar al tipo insistente”**, which means “How to Learn Spanish with a Mexican Accent”, “Spanish for Nightlife Lovers” and “Three Ways to Get Rid of an Annoying Guy”. Apparently, this is the most important thing a Spanish teacher can teach.
2. In the movie Wrong Door, but Right Hole, a book appears called **Forbidden**, which is written on the cover as many as three times. Three times Forbidden, ha-ha. If you remember, that was the title of a book **by Tabitha Suzuma** about the unholy relationship between seventeen-year-old Lochan and sixteen-year-old Maya. A love this devastating has no happy ending.
1. The first place in my personal ranking gets a movie called Macondo Dreaming. First of all, because its title itself refers to the great work “One Hundred Years of Solitude” by Gabriel Garcia Marquez. Secondly, because the protagonist of this movie reads a book called **The Others**. It would seem that what’s the big deal? The movie begins as the story of a lonely woman trapped in a huge empty house and missing her soldier husband. Suddenly her husband returns from the war but doesn’t say a word. They spend the night together and he disappears into the mist… Doesn’t it remind you of anything? That’s right, it’s the famous Nicole Kidman movie called – ta-da! – “The Others”! And a simple book becomes an easter egg. That’s great!
And what books are worthy of consideration in your ranking of adult movies?
