I love self help books and improving myself but I feel I read all these books get a burst of motivation and incite from them but find myself just forgetting what I read a week later. I’m almost positive I have Undiagnosed ADHD So I am sure this doesn’t help.
But I find I will get one or two thing from a book. That I think man that’s good. And a week later I am the same person. What can I do to make a more permanent change in myself when reading these book?
