I’m trying to remember the name of a book I read years ago. I thought I’d post here on the off chance anyone may know.
It is about a father trying to fight for custody of his daughter because his wife or girlfriend died giving birth and in their country the father isn’t automatically given paternal rights. There was also a part where the father was wondering why the mother named their daughter the name she named her because they had never discussed it. I don’t think the original language of the book was English.
