I recently enjoy reading romance books a lot and i wanna improve my vocabulary too. Especially those advanced vocabs you usually use in the IELTS or SAT tests and stuffs, cuz learning new vocabs is reallllll hard for me when i really dont use them often in my daily life and they just fly away after a few days or months or even hours! But i enjoy reading books. Romance and fantasy are my favorites but im open to any other genres as well!

So i wish to have some recommendations. Please summarize the story with the tropes too! TYSM

PS: I heard “All things we cannot see” have a very wide range of vocabs, is it true?

I’d recommend Jane Austen if you want romance novels that will teach you new words. Just don’t try to talk like a one of her characters in real life!

Also, a small tip since you’re an English learner: it’s “vocab” (or “vocabulary”), not “vocabs”. Good luck!
