i read crichtons jurrasic park last summer, and have recently started the lost world. i could never really get into reading much before, but these books have captivated me so much theyre making me want to read more. is there any similar type books people would recommend? it doesnt necessarily have to be about dinosaurs, i quite liked the more science-y approach to it that i feel the film didnt do justice, and the survival aspect was interesting. also the relationships between the characters was cool to see unfold. i currently have the lotr (ive been obsessed with the films all my life) and the dunwich horror on my list to read, but im not sure if ill be able to properly get into those books. any recs are appreciated!
