I really want to get into reading. I think it would be good for me and my anxiety. Just a calm thing to do when I’m done with work and such. I’ll make this short. I love sports, I love mystery, I like sci-fi and such but kinda depends, I also like the idea of reading something to make me stronger mentally and help me with life. But here the catch! I have the worst and I mean WORST A.D.D. ever. I can not pay attention to anything to save my life. When I’ve tried to read it goes through my brain and never to be thought of again. I’ll read one page and won’t remember what I read because I was really just zoned out the whole time. So it has to absolutely be something that will keep my attention the whole time!
