I’m in a bit of a reading slump at the moment. i love psychological thrillers but im getting very bored of the cheating husband/whodunit/crappy twist stories. i’m looking for a good thriller that is impossible to put down, really sucks me into the characters/story, and has an insane twist. i’m craving a twist that makes me feel like everything i read up to that point has been a lie, or just completely leaves me mind f’d. (shutter island style).
note: i did not like the silent patient, unfortunately i guessed the twist which ruined it for me :/
