I need to understand how market making happens and the AtoZ of how the process works from a trader placing an order till it gets executed and the intermediaries involved (market makers).
I have already read Trading and Exchanges Micro Structure by Larry Harris.
The concepts there are explained beautifully with examples and stuff. Unfortunately it seems to be outdated in today’s electronic processing world wherein different regulations have come into picture.
If someone can recommend me a good book or even a blog which explains this in depth I’d be really grateful.
