I used to be able to read 500-700 page books in one sitting, then one day put a book down and didn’t pick one up again for a good 6 years. I decided to try out Brandon Sanderson’s Mistborn series as I was told it was a good entry into his work, and I have been loving it so far.
However, the series is 7 books long and I have been struggling to stay motivated. Any idea of any fantasy stand alone books or shorter series that are easy reads?
I would preferably like something with good world building (that doesn’t shove tons of new terminology at you without explanation) and well-written characters, other than that I don’t mind what it is about. Any help is appreciated 🙂
