Hello fellow book lovers! I am going on a family cruise to the Caribbean soon! When I travel I like to take an appropriate book for the trip (example I took a copy of The Sun Also Rises with me when I went to Pamplona, Spain to run with the bulls) and am looking for the right book or books.
I generally prefer non-fiction but if there is anything spectacular I’d be interested! We are going to Hati, Jamaica, and the Bahamas. I’ve been to Hati and Jamaica before but never the Bahamas.
Right now I’m Leaning towards something on the Hatian Slave Revolt, but may need a physical book / audio book (so two books) so I have something to listen to while working out!
Does anyone have a fantastic suggestions that would enrich my trip? I’d also do something Cruise specific (even if it’s critical, cruises are fun but not my top choice for vacation!)
